I often ask myself if the average person in this country truly knows why they vote a certain way since in many cases they appear to vote against their belief systems because of inaccurate information, so I thought I would put it simply because I do believe that these matters are black and white and not gray as some people conveniently think they are.

You're a conservative if you believe: that it is your duty to improve your quality of life and that of your family through hard work and sacrifice.

You're a liberal if you believe: it's the duty of the government and your fellow Americans to improve you're quality of life and that of your family through the hard work and sacrifice of others.

You're a conservative if you believe: " the right to keep and bear arms" as written by our founding fathers, means just that, "the right to keep and bear arms"

You're a liberal if you believe: "the right to keep an bear arms" is up for interpretation and that conservatives "cling to our guns and religion".

You're a conservative if you believe: gun control means using two hands.

You're a liberal if you believe: gun control means only the police and military deserve to have guns.

You're a conservative if you believe: that life is a gift from God, begins at conception and that the abortion of a defenseless, unborn child is murder.

You're a liberal if you believe: that life begins when you say it does and that an infant life is a burden unless you deem otherwise.

You're a liberal if you believe: that marriage between two people of the same sex should be encouraged and that the bible is up for interpretation if it doesn't suit your agenda.

You're a conservative if you believe: that institutions of learning are meant to convey facts and historical events to students and provide them with the tools to critically think and make informed decisions for themselves.

You're a liberal if you believe: that institutions of learning are platforms for espousing social agendas and to persuade students to embrace a given ideal structure instead of making an informed, fact-based decision.

The Palin Effect;Identifying the Rats

There's a lot of chatter from the press and the pundits about Sarah Palin hurting the Republican ticket. They're all claiming that she is the problem, she's why McCain is behind in the polls. Here are a sampling of the headlines I'm seeing;

This is a lot of baloney over nothing. The wardrobe thing doesn't even merit a sentence. This is all I'll say about it. How much money was spent on Barack Obama's clothes? Does anyone care? Until the media is digging into who is paying for his $6,000 suits, I don't want to hear about it. But beyond this clothing kerfuffle, there's something else going on here. From Peggy Noonan to William Buckley, Jr. there's a defection going on. The elite of the Republican intelligensia are fleeing the ship like rats. They're the ones who are feeding these rumors that the American public is fading on Palin.

I live in the real America. I shop at a discount grocer, I clip coupons, and I rent. I don't have hair stylists, makeup artists, and spots on national TV. I do my own hair, or more regularly, I stuff it into a clip. I socialize with real people who live in the real world, far away from spotlights and bylines. So I know of what I speak when I tell you that real people in this country LOVE Sarah Palin. Not just like, not just tolerate...LOVE.

I have made new friends since I had a baby. And every friendship I've made as an adult with adults have been with conservative women, every one of whom love Sarah Palin. I did not seek out conservative women. I met them by chance at the park, exercise class, and random Mom's groups and haven't met one who thinks Sarah Palin is a problem. In fact, there is more excitement for Sarah Palin in my circle of real people than for any politician I've ever seen in the public sphere. And keep in mind, I live in Illinois. This is not exactly a bastion of conservative thought. But Sarah Palin has energized women like I've never seen. We all love her. Everyone I know is not voting for John McCain, they are voting for Sarah Palin.

Palin is a pro-freedom, pro-American, pro-life, pro-liberty, pro-national security, pro-2nd amendment, pro-drilling, anti-government, anti-tax, anti-communist, anti-illegal immigration, moose-hunting, baby-raising, stilleto-wearing fireball.

She is a true Reagan-believing conservative's dream-come-true. She is the future of the advancement of conservative thought in this nation. She is the one who can articulate it in a way that only Reagan has been able to do. What she will do for the conservatives in our party has the RHINOS (Republican In Name Only) running for the pitchforks. They have to get rid of her quickly! She's going to blow the lid off their betrayal of conservative ideas. The electorate is going to remember what a true conservative is and demand major budget cuts, cutting salaries and pension plans of the pigs in Washington, and they're terrified. They've had it real cushy under Bush for a long time. He wasn't a fiscal conservative by any stretch of the imagination. He was a drunken spender. They all got their pet projects and their Leer jet rides. They all got the perks. Now here comes this woman with a reputation of cleaning up her own house and taking names. And America loves her.

The talking-head conservatives in the media who are going hard on Palin are another breed. They've gotten dangerously fond of the cocktail club and are scared they'll lose all the good invitations during the social season. I guess being the the token Republican at the Hollywood parties is validating for some people. It's scary that they're willing to give up the White House for it.

So now, here comes the takedown. Dress her up in clothes you forced her to wear then leak it to the rabid press and call her a "Diva." Then you point your finger and loudly scream, "It's HER fault we're losing!" Then you stand back and wait for Obama to win so you can go back to your corruption in peace, get that oh-so-cool invitation to P. Diddy's most recent bash and you call it a day.

I don't have any proof this most recent flap was an inside job, but I smell a rat.

From Democratic Socialism to the Killing Fields

The other day, a friend of mine who is a public school teacher told me he thinks "Democratic Socialism" is a great idea and that America should "catch up" to the rest of the world. I think the major problem today is that there are two generations now who have never been taught the truth about the unbreakable link between socialism and Communism (with a big "C"). The idea that America needs to "catch up" to the rest of the world is, in itself, laughable. America leads the world in wealth, prosperity, standard of living, quality of health care (don't laugh...where do the heads of state from all those other countries come for their heart surgery? You got it, the USA, my friends.) You've been buying a lie if you believe we are somehow "sub-standard" to the rest of the world. I would encourage you, if you believe this, to go to Canada the next time you need surgery and get it done there. (You may have to wait a few years, but that's no big deal right?)

I don't have a teaching degree, I wasn't educated by Marxist professors (thank God) and I have never taken any progressive teaching classes, heck, I don't have a college degree! But I'm about to teach about 90% of you something you never heard before. Welcome to Fox University, Communism 101. We only have 1 rule in this classroom. We deal in logic and facts, not feelings. I encourage a discussion in the below comments thread, but your comments had better contain logic and facts or be prepared to be ridiculed for intellectual laziness.

Myth number 1. Communists don't exist in America and if they do, they're not hurting anybody. They're harmless!

Fact: Communists absolutely exist in America. Please feel free to visit the CPUSA Communist Party USA where their objectives of implementing "Democratic socialism" are discussed in full. Also note their endorsement of Barack Obama as their candidate of choice.

They're not hurting anyone, they're harmless: Communism has killed approximately 100 million people. Lenin, the guy they extol endlessly on the above site, starved his own people in forced-labor camps (including children), the very people he promised to "liberate". Lenin's "Red Revolution" paved the way and built the gulags that would see 25 million Russians dead at the hands of Stalin. Why am I telling you this in reference to the CPUSA? They're not killing people, you say. That's true. They're not. Yet. Communism leads to only one place. The graveyard. Historically, there is not one example of warm and fuzzy Communism where everyone is equal, everyone has a full belly and everyone is happy like they claim. In every single example from Pol Pot to Robert Mugabe to Stalin, Lenin, Castro, and any other Communist regime, people are MURDERED by their governments. These people are the ones that can't be re-educated, or are simply inconvenient to the Communist goals. The video exposing Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground in their plotting to kill 25 million Americans is simply the logical conclusion to where socialist "democracies" lead. It is not an anomaly. It's in the playbook!

Bill Mahr was on his show the other night extolling the benefits of Democratic Socialism. This is what led my friend to agree with his sentiments. But you cannot separate Socialism from Communism. It is all based on Marxist-Leninist teachings and philosophies. The Socialists believe exactly what the Communists believe. There is no difference. One thing the Marxist-Leninists have perfected is the language they use. It is extremely deceptive and sounds really good. The documentary Nowhere to Hide, where the video clip above originates, has a terrific explanation of these "code phrases". Here's a particularly telling excerpt from the documentary No Place to Hide: the strategy and tactics of terrorism.

It's interesting to observe how people sometimes use words, not to communicate ideas, but to conceal them. For example, while there may be terrorism in the world, there are no terrorists, at least not in their vocabulary. Those who commit these acts never refer to themselves as terrorists, but as revolutionaries. In fact, the very essence of Marxism‑Leninism is the adoption of a whole dictionary of words and phrases that have quite different meanings than what they seem to have. The reality is that the Soviet Union has been pursuing the annexation of every non‑Communist nation in the world, but they describe this process as assisting the down‑trodden peoples of those countries in throwing off their chains of "imperialism, colonialism, or racism." This is not conquest, you understand. This is what they call a "war of national liberation." When the revolutionaries finally come to power and begin to kill off their political opposition to consolidate control, they describe that as "defending the revolution" against its enemies, the "traitors, the greedy capitalists, and the militarists" who would re‑enslave the peasants and workers.

Yes, yes. This sounds very familiar, does it not? Let me break it down for you.

"There are no terrorists." This is one argument the left loves. One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. Remember this?

Michael Moore wants everyone to pay no attention to the terror network behind the curtain. There are no terrorist networks! There's no vast terrorist conspiracy! Just a Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy. This is not even debatable by anyone with a brain and a public library card. The terror networks of the world have been studied and written about for a very long time. The documentary transcript linked above cites several such books linking most communist terror groups to Soviet training camps dispersed throughout the Communist world. North Korea, Cuba (Where Ayers and his group trained) China, Libya, Russia and many more. Not only were the Soviets training the Communist terror groups, but the fascists as well! They would basically help anybody who would further their cause; world domination.

Then there's my personal favorite; relabeling terrorists "revolutionaries". Che Guevara comes to mind.

This is a photograph of an Obama office in Texas with a flag with Che Guevara's face on it. Leftist socialists who believe in Marxist theories, like Obama and his supporters, romanticize terrorists like Che Guevara. This poster of Obama (below) is a direct knockoff of Communist propaganda posters much like the ones of Guevara.

Would you like to know how I put Guevara in the terrorist category? He ordered the execution of 10,000 men for being the "revolution's enemies". That's code-word for people who didn't want to swallow the Communist poison.

"Executions?"Che Guevara exclaimed while addressing the hallowed halls of the U.N. General Assembly on December 9, 1964. "Certainly we execute!" he declared, to the claps and cheers of that august body. "And we will continue executing (emphasis HIS) as long as it is necessary! This is a war to the DEATH against the revolution's enemies!" Source

These "enemies" were Cubans who were fighting against the Communist "revolutionaries" for the freedom of their country. These men fought for freedom from the horror of Communism, the new regime that lined them up, bound and gagged and executed them. Some managed to tear off their gags and scream "VIVA CUBA LIBRE, ABAJO COMMUNISMO" with their last breaths. This is the man that college professors and collegian's everywhere wear on their chests as a symbol of "revolution." Revolutionary? More like GENOCIDAL MANIAC.

This is what socialists do to "assist the downtrodden peoples", this is how they "throw off the chains of racism", they assist the people right off the planet. Socialists, when allowed to put their Marxist beliefs into practice, become Communists who slaughter the very people they claim to want to liberate. If you have a thought that is not sanctioned by the government, you will be shot. If you disagree with the "revolution" they will kill you. No one will call the ACLU and sue for you. You will be systematically and ruthlessly eliminated.

That brings me to the biggest chunk of people who will be eliminated; Greedy Capitalists. You know, Capitalist democracy has its problems. We are a very tolerant society. So much so that we tolerate some of the most obscene forms of idiocy. Just watch VH1 on any given night to get what I mean, but show me one instance in history where Capitalists were stocking gas chambers with civilians, or dumping the bones of their executed in mass graves in the countryside. The examples I could give you of Communists committing these crimes against humanity are too many to number. But I can't find one, NOT ONE, reference to Capitalist genocide. (Now some Smart Sally is going to bring up slavery or the Native American mess which is a whole other class. The abbreviated version goes something like this. Slavery is not what results from the institution of capitalism. The slave trade was participated in by bad men who could be considered capitalists in that they made money off the trade. But other good men who were also capitalists and Christians stopped the slave trade. In our American story, slavery was a bad chapter perpetrated by bad people, and rectified by good people, never to be repeated again.) In comparison, forced labor in Communism is a direct result of socialist policies! It happens every time it's tried! There hasn't been one successful Communist society that didn't enslave and KILL its own people. Who's PESSD?

I see a chiropractor regularly for a back injury incurred this summer on a rainy day when I was bored and decided to try out an old cheerleading move. Note to self; people over 30 should not attempt high school gymnastics without a EMT standing nearby. So the last time I was getting treatment, my very small yet freakishly-strong chiropractor found a huge knot in my right shoulder that has been causing sleepless nights and radiating pain up and down the right side of my body. She began asking me if I was "stressed." Stressed? What do I have to be stressed about? I'm big into perspective. I live a pretty easy existence. I push buttons to do most everything...wash clothes (pour soap, crank dial), dishes (pour soap, crank dial), cook food (open freezer, push microwave buttons) , go downstairs (push elevator button), go to store (get in car, turn key, push pedals.) I mean, in comparison to soldiers sweating in 130 degree heat and avoiding roadside bombs, my life is bliss. So I feel silly complaining about "stress", don't you?

Sure, my toddler keeps me on my toes. I lift and carry her and play with her, and remove paint from the carpet, wrestle with an overweight, out-of-control dog and a budget that won't stretch, and lots of other boring suburban stuff. Nothing out of the ordinary. But mostly, I love ordinary. I love my quiet existence. I find peace in my boring housewifery. So what's with that knot? It's KILLING me. I'm icing it every day plus treating it with electric stimulation and popping anti-inflammatory meds.

This morning, it hit me. I awoke in a cold sweat. I had been restless all night, dreaming a nightmare that is still haunting me. It was election night and I was sitting on my couch watching the coverage as I do every election year. And as I watched, the electoral map began to turn blue. Very, very blue. I watched in horror as every state turned electric blue. Even Texas. The entire map was blue. My stomach was sick, I think I stopped breathing. Then there was chaos and gunfire and a lot of unrest. I woke up worried it had happened already. When I figured out that November 4th is still to come, I went to the computer and was greeted by this headline on the Drudge Report, "Landslide". Egads! What am I, psychic?

Then, when I turned on Rush today he was saying he read an article about SWAT teams being prepared for election night unrest. And almost on cue, my shoulder began to ache...and then throb. I am self-diagnosing myself with Pre-Election Stress Syndrome (PESS). If you are suffering from unexplained neck pain, migraines, back pain, nightmares involving liberals, or any other stress-related symptoms, you may have PESS. If untreated, by a resounding conservative win on November 4, it can become Post-Election Socialist Stress Disorder (PESSD) which will last for 2 years until the Republicans rally and take back the House, resulting in some relief of symptoms not entirely curing the condition until the presidency is recovered. (Phizer ad slogan suggestion, "Are you PESSD?")

Take action now, people. Avoid this extremely painful and annoying disorder and vote for the non-socialist candidate while you still can. I'm going to get an ice pack.

The First Victim of Obama-merica

What is happening to a private citizen from Ohio who dared question Barack Obama should scare the pants off you. Yes, I'm talking about Joe the Plumber. Here's this poor guy, tossing a football around on his street when the messiah himself walks by, and Joe decided to exercise his free speech and ask an elected official a question about his tax plan. Contrary to popular opinion that the right to free speech was meant for vulgar art displays, the true reason the Founders included this in our Bill of Rights is to protect our right to speak out against our political leaders without recrimination! And poor Joe didn't even criticize Obama, he simply asked him to explain how his tax plan would help him. When Obama was unable to do so without revealing the often tried and always fail socialist mantra of "spread the wealth around", the Democratic Attack Machine went full throttle. They turned the media on Joe to dig up a tax lien for $1800 or so to discredit him. This, of course, does nothing but show that Joe is just like the rest of us who can't pay our taxes because we're OVERTAXED. How many of us have unpaid taxes? (I owed the greedy government over $2000 and it took me two years to pay them off. Anybody else?)

Then they went after his divorce, his non-union status and his license situation. Joe the Plumber, private citizen, is now being hounded by the AFL-CIO and people are scared to hire him or his employer. He is now going to suffer monetarily, personally, not to mention nationally because he dared speak out. These same media members have no interest in finding out who sold Obama the drugs he admits to taking earlier in his life, or what activities he may have participated in while out of his mind. They have no interest in his friendship with Bill Ayers, Domestic Terrorist, or in his sad record of inaction and "present" votes during his time in office. But they are very very interested in Joe the Plumber's personal life.

My personal favorite argument coming from the democrats who are defending the mocking of Joe the Plumber is that "Joe wasn't properly vetted by McCain before he used him." HUH? Now you have to vet a private citizen who asked a question before you can use the answer given by the guy running for president? This makes no sense. I don't care if Joe isn't a plumber or owes the government $1 million, it makes no difference in the response to the discussion about Barack Obama's tax plan! The question was "I want to own a business that makes more than $250,000 a year, but your tax plan would penalize me?" Obama's response to that question was classic socialist pablum. "It's not that I want to punish your success, but make sure that the people behind you have a chance at success too. When you spread the wealth around it's good for everybody." Ugh.

If any of you are in Ohio and need plumbing done, I encourage you to call Joe the Plumber. He's going to need all the support he can get. By the time the Obama camp is done with him, he'll be homeless.

Stealing an Election

It occurred to me while I was watching Obama laugh at almost everything John McCain said during the debate last night, that he's laughing like that because he knows the election is in the bag already. Thanks to ACORN, the election has been officially stolen. Considering Bush won the state of FL by a mere 500 or so votes, what do you think 30,000 fraudulent voter registrations are going to do in a swing state? It's too late to do anything about it. With the early voting already happening all over the place (including Cook County...the most corrupt county in the nation known solely for it's ability to steal elections for democrats) it will take a miracle for Obama to lose. Since the attempt to steal the election for Gore in Florida, the nutbag vote-fixers have learned their lesson. Vote often and vote early. They've been working on a plan to fix this election since 2004 and they've done it.

Liberals can't win with their ideas in the public forum so they have to win by fraud. Abortion, for instance, is a perfect example. The American public didn't want abortion-on-demand legalized. The people of this nation favor much tighter restrictions on abortion. When it was a question for the states, the public overwhelmingly said no thanks. So the liberals, who couldn't convince constituents to vote their way, went to the Supreme Court, a panel of 9 people, who pushed Roe vs. Wade down the public throat unconstitutionally, finding the right to terminate one's children in the constitution under the "right of privacy". They skipped right over that pesky "right to life". If you can't win fair, cheat. They're doing it again with gay marriage. Overwhelmingly, the people of this country don't favor gay marriage, so how do they get it? Liberal judges legislating from the bench. And if you know anything about the three branches of our government, the judiciary has no business legislating anything. Their only job is interpreting the Constitution. There is no right to gay marriage in the Constitution, but somehow, they find it there. You know what else isn't in the Constitution? The separation of church and state. No really. It's not there. Yet, the 10 commandments can't be hung on a courthouse wall because of this myth. Liberals just love making stuff up.

This brings me to the debate again last night. Here are a couple examples of stuff Obama made up.

1. I only represented ACORN with the justice department to implement the motor-voter bill. I have nothing to do with ACORN.

Truth: (From an article by Stanley Kurtz- a must read) Obama was recruited by one Madeline Talbot, a leader of Acorn in Chicago, to "train her staff". This is the same woman who was arrested for storming a city council meeting with her Acorn mob, pushing over tables, metal detectors and police officers. One protest, organized by Obama himself, was to break into a private meeting, surrounding the meeting participants while engaging in intimidation tactics. Then, when the motor-voter bill was being pushed, Acorn specifically sought out Obama because of his history with Acorn. Obama also worked on Project Vote in 1992...an Acorn project. Not only that, but Toni Foulkes, an Acorn leader claims Obama trained Acornuts on a yearly basis at leadership trainings. Foulkes also claims that many of the initial volunteers for Obama's early political runs were the very Acorn people Obama trained! This would explain why Obama met with Acorn while a state Senator and pushed for Acorn-friendly legislation and how all kinds of taxpayer money went to fund their radical organization. I pulled this off Obama's own website

When Obama met with ACORN leaders in November, he reminded them of his
history with ACORN and his beginnings in Illinois as a Project Vote organizer, a
nonprofit focused on voter rights and education. Senator Obama said, "I
come out of a grassroots organizing background. That's what I did for three and
half years before I went to law school. That's the reason I moved to
Chicago was to organize. So this is something that I know personally, the work
you do, the importance of it. I've been fighting alongside ACORN on issues
you care about my entire career. Even before I was an elected official,
when I ran Project Vote voter registration drive in Illinois, ACORN was smack
dab in the middle of it, and we appreciate your work.”

Read the Stanley Kurtz piece here. There's much more. But I think it means something that Obama went out of his way to assure everyone that he only worked with Acorn once, when a simple Google search can prove otherwise. He is desperate for us not to notice the radical behind the curtain.

2. Abortion. He outright lied last night. He voted against the Illinois Born Alive Infants Protection Act. This act passed with an overwhelming majority of both parties. He was one of a handful of pro-abortion nuts that voted against it. McCain should have said, "The only time Obama ever stood up to his own party was to stand up to babies who survive abortions and proudly say, you deserve to die!" His vote had nothing to do with worrying about protecting Roe v. Wade. The Illinois Infants Protection act imposed NO restrictions on abortions. It simply says that IF a baby survives an abortion, you MUST provide medical treatment to save the baby's life. That anyone would disagree with that sentiment is staggering. We're talking about a viable baby, obviously capable of surviving outside of the womb, unless some creep of a "doctor" kills it. This is the kind of America we can look forward to with Obama at the helm. Obama also claimed that a doctor's Hippocratic oath would not allow babies to die anyway, and that the law was unnecessary. Au contrair mon moron, right here down the street from me at Christ hospital in Oak Lawn, IL the monsters masquerading as doctors were leaving live babies who didn't have the decency to die during their abortions, in broom closets, thrown on top of the linens. They left them there with no anaesthesia, alone and gasping their last breaths. The Hippocratic oath obviously didn't help those babies. If you'd like to read all about it, visit Jill Stanek's page. If Barack Hussein Obama wins, and I think he will by fraud, we are going to be in for an assault on American values like we've never seen before. I never thought I'd say this in my life, but here I go. I miss the Clintons.

Top 10 Reasons We're SCARED of Obama

There's all sorts of flap in the news about the "angry" republicans at the McCain rally in Michigan or wherever it was. Even John McCain doesn't understand how we feel about an Obama win, and this should not surprise us considering his long history of making love to democrats. McCain marginalized our fears by saying that Obama is a decent family-man and we shouldn't be scared of him. He's just a big teddy bear. Don't worry folks. Uh...McCain, are you running against Obama or stumping for him? This kind of talk will not get you to the White House. Did you hear the boos? Those are your voters....booing you. I'm hear to explain to Senator McCain exactly why we are and should be afraid of Barack Hussein Obama.

Radical Alliances-friendships and monetary support from people like Bill Ayers (American terrorist who bombed the pentagon), Bernadine Dohrn, Jeremiah Wright, and Louis Farrakhan (who recently called Obama the Messiah) Also, his connection to ACORN, who is right now neck-deep in voter fraud investigations. ACORN was Obama's famous "community organizing" outlet. Not only are these connections suspect, the people who follow Ayers, Dohrn, Wright and Farrakhan, are the same ones who end up terrorizing their neighbors by fire-bombing their McCain signs. How much longer will it be before they're fire-bombing your house?

9. Qaddafi considers Obama his "Muslim brother". Whether Obama is a Muslim or not, it is clear that the Muslim world considers him a Muslim because he has three Arab names and a Muslim father. This automatically makes him a Muslim in the eyes of other Muslims. That brings us to another problem. If he is indeed a Christian, as he claims, then he will be viewed as an "apostate" to his Islamic faith and the only punishment fitting that "crime" is beheading. What kind of "talks" will Obama be able to have with Muslim whackos if they want to cut off his head?

8. Barack Obama is a socialist who studied and practiced the works and ideas of known communist Saul Alinsky. He wants to nationalize everything. Under an Obama presidency, we will lose the freedom to govern ourselves. We will be told what doctor to go to, what surgery is approved, how many babies to have, what kind of job you can have....the list goes on. Read anything Ayn Rand ever wrote to see for yourself how socialism turns out for "the people". (And if you didn't know, Rand escaped from communist Russia so she knew of what she spoke intimately.)

7. Speaking of babies, Barack Obama wants to kill infants who survive abortions. And I don't mean euthanize them quickly, I mean leave them in a broom closet to die gasping for air. He voted 4 times against a bill to protect these incredibly vulnerable children. We need a president who has more respect for life, not less.

6. Do you like your ability to speak your mind? Not under an Obama presidency. I am certain the Fairness Doctrine will resurface and will pass and that will be the end of all conservative talk on the radio, on tv and on the blogs. That means me. I could, and probably would, be arrested for some trumped up charge like "hate speech". Trust me, they will do this. Have you been to a college campus lately? There are "speech codes" enforced by leftist administrations. They silence only conservative thought. But if you are a liberal, you may shout from the rooftops any amount of degrading, disgusting material you want including pornography and anti-Christian slurs. God-forbid, if you are a Christian conservative on a campus today, you should keep your mouth shut about your views on morality or you will be kicked out of school, or worse, sued. 5. Do you own a gun? Not for long under an Obama presidency. The 2nd amendment is not safe under his watch. Those of us who will not give them up unless they are pried from our cold, dead fingers, may actually have to make good on that threat. And I know for a fact, we'd die protecting our Constitution from these thugs. Those of you who are familiar with gun-control already know that before a dictator can take control of a populous, he must disarm the public. Once that is done, who is to stop him from marching the dissidents to the gas chambers?

4. Speaking of gas chambers, I absolutely, positively do not believe that a guy named Barack Hussein Obama loves Israel and the Jews who live there. I believe his loyalties lie somewhere else. When this country stops supporting Israel, the end is near (whether apocalyptic or nuclear in nature...the end will be near)

3. Barack Hussein Obama does not believe this is a great country. He is constantly saying we are not "who we should be" or who we could be. What??? Mr. Obama, I still live in the greatest country on earth. Do you know how I know this? Everyone from everywhere else, is literally dying to come here (shipping themselves in containers, battling sharks on an inner tube, forging across the Rio Grande) and NO ONE is trying to leave (not even spoiled Hollywood celebrities who keep threatening to go). And in Obama's opinion, the rest of the world just doesn't respect us and we should strive to obtain their respect and admiration. Oh, please! The rest of "the world" is JEALOUS. End of story. Jealousy breeds contempt and the only way the "world" will love us is when we are overtaken by socialists just like them! Then they won't be alone in their misery! We'll all be in the same boat and isn't that exactly what they want? Equal misery?

Obama worked with terrorist Bill Ayers on an education project in Chicago that funneled millions into the system without getting any results. It is undeniable that Obama has a radical, leftists support base. These are the kind of people who support him, are hired by him and who get the message out. These will be the people in the cabinet, in the leadership, and in power over you. Say what you will about angry republicans, we at least only want to stop liberal influence over our country through legal means. I am perfectly happy to beat them in the public sector and then forget about them while we work to make this country more free. But when they are in power, they will actively seek to destroy you. Our Gorgeous Veep Does it Again

I'm sure all of you out there don't need my analysis on the debate last week to know that Sarah Palin killed Joe Biden the first minute she opened her mouth with a sweet, "can I call you Joe?" He was a goner. So I won't pontificate endlessly about the debate. She won. End of story. This woman keeps getting better and better with every appearance. Drudge has a link to a video today of her shutting down a protester in her usual sweet, adorable way. Check it out. Sarah Palin has this incredible gift for striking with a smile and a wink. It's that smile that is so devastating to her enemies. They have no choice but to smile back! Here's this silly protester at the rally trying to get her goat, and her response is "Bless your heart!"....LMAO! How do you hate a woman who turns to you when you're being ugly and rude and blesses you!

She's amazing. Go Sarah!!!

Yes Sir, may I have another?

America is glutton for punishment. We insist on ignoring the lessons of history and are doomed to repeat it. The thing that disturbs me the most about the massive bailout/rescue bill is the idea that the government can be relied upon in any capacity to ensure your well-being, when in reality the only thing we can be assured of where government is concerned is in guaranteeing our absolute misery. It's the only thing they know how to do well; spread misery equally. The government can't create jobs without taking the jobs from somewhere else. They can't create wealth without stealing it from individuals who have it. They create nothing, make nothing, and yet they maintain complete control over all of us fools. The government is so powerful that if I don't put a government-mandated sticker on my vehicle window (that costs $45 every year), I can be fined and ticketed. If I should walk across the street in an area not designated as a crosswalk, I could find myself being tuned-up by police officers and thrown in jail. And don't even get me started on seat belts, bike helmets, smoking, gun ownership, fish licenses, and life-jackets. If you think those regulations are annoying, just wait and see what's coming after the nationalization of our financial sector.

This country is no longer free in any sense of the word. What are we free to do? Can't smoke-not even outside if you're near any public building or bus stop, can't drink in your own front yard, can't build a tree-house in your own backyard, can't build a house near water because there might be a beaver building a damn nearby. Can't modify a shotgun (they'll send the BATF to kill your wife, son and dog for that). Don't start a religious commune and also have guns. They send in the tanks for that. Can't shoot raccoons tearing into your garbage, heck, you can't even shoot a sex offender who breaks into your house (unless you want to argue in court for the rest of your life and are prepared for them to confiscate all your guns and fine you thousands of dollars.) You can't text and walk, talk and drive, eat trans fats, or sell t-shirts on the street. And don't even think about trying to rescue a child from a communist re-education camp. What country am I in? Is this America?

The point of all of this is we're screwed either way because the people keep demanding more government please! Pass the bill, don't pass the bill...we're screwed. Either way we're going to have more government interference than ever before in the daily grind of our lives. And believe me people, it's going to get grim.

VP Debate Sham

Thanks to Drudge (as usual), we now know that Thursday night's VP debate is already a farce. The moderator is one Gwen Ifill of the Public Broadcasting Service program "Washington Week." As if this isn't indictment enough, working for PBS, we now find out that Awful Ifill is set to release a book that worships the successes of none other than Barack Hussein Obama...on inauguration day no less! She already knows who's going to win! (Better get those chad counters ready. Looks like they're going to try and steal it again. Of course, Obama is from Chicago, the only place you can still vote after you're dead.)

Does anyone see the unfairness of this situation? Does anyone out there know what it's like to be a conservative today? Let me explain. It's much like being the kid at school who gets thrown into a locker every day by the same jocks for no good reason. Most of the other kids think it's wrong yet watch it happen because they're too scared they'll be next. Whose idea of fair play is this? They're going to use a woman so deluded, she thinks she knows the outcome of the next election already, and is solidly and openly in Obama's camp. This is a woman known for going after republicans during debates. Whatever. We're used to it. It's not like I should have expected anything less. But it really does slay me to witness the hubris of the press. I would think they would at least try to hide their preference.

My first instinct is to advise Governor Palin not to go to this sham of a debate. But then we all know what would happen. "She's too scared..."blah blah blah. So she has to go. She has to be thrown to the lefty who may have an orgasm every time Obama is mentioned. Does anyone else see how wrong this is? If the network is so gung-ho about putting such a partisan hack in charge of moderating, why not let us put our own partisan hack on as well. Sean Hannity comes to mind (although he may do all the talking), so maybe Bill O'Reilly or oooohhh...Rush Limbaugh (although he's not a hack). Then each candidate can be grilled by the opposite partisan. THAT would be fair.
